I had the best stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the center of downtown was perfect - close to everything and in a lovely quiet area. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

This venue exceeded all my expectations, providing luxury amenities and services. the Spa & wellness centre with a sauna and massage service were exceptional. the location was perfect with easy access to a variety of entertainment options. the room was equipped with exclusive advantages and facilities, including a private balcony. the restaurant offered exceptional in-room breakfast and delicious special diet menus.

A minor issue was the service at the restaurant. On one occasion, I encountered a language barrier with the waitstaff.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location down a small side street near the bustling and trendy area was perfect. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire and dry cleaning available. The staff followed up to make sure of our satisfaction rate and provided great service. The room was incredible, with a nicely appointed soundproofed space that had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, with a stunning view of the city and a dining table where we could enjoy a leisurely meal.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and comfortable place to stay.

This hotel has a great location, being at the heart of the city's downtown area and just a short walk away from Solidare and Zaytonai Bay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with friendly staff ensuring great service. Breakfast is tasty and rooms are equipped with WiFi and a safe. The rooftop views are also worth noting.

The hotel may be near a busy road which can be a bit noisy at times.

The complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch, and the staff seemed friendly enough. the location was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance, and the view from the room was stunning.

Our new year's stay was far from perfect. the room was rundown, with dirty carpets and stained surfaces.

Our room in Saifi was spacious, clean and quiet. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out. Although breakfast could be improved, it was still good. we had a great stay and would recommend Saifi to others.
