Perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. Lots of restaurants around. The French seafood restaurant next door has excellent service and food. The hotel room is basic but sufficient for a light sleeper. Good WIFI and breakfast with delicious espresso.

The hotel is overpriced for its basic amenities and lack of parking and elevators - guests have to trek a considerable distance to public parking if they arrive by car.

I recently stayed at Hotel Vauban for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions. We loved the breakfast buffet with an amazing variety of food. the staff was really cheerful and always helpful. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surroundings.

The walls may be a bit thin, so sensitive sleepers might need earplugs. Unfortunately, there was no parking on site, and parking in the city tends to be quite expensive.
