I had an exceptional stay at Bistra Hotel. The receptionists were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They even granted me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. My room was very spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the spa center is in great shape. The breakfast had a high variety of local food and the cheese with almonds and figs was especially delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a great getaway experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of a national park. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful forests and mountains, and it was a stone's throw away from the ski lifts, perfect for snow lovers. The hotel's service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always on point. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had an array of facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa center. We were impressed with the spacious and well-decorated room, complete with a huge bathroom and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide selection of local delicacies.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Bistra and National Park Mavrovo, just steps away from the ski lift. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The restaurant offers a beautiful view and delicious food. The breakfast had a good selection and the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were enjoyable amenities.

The hotel needs urgent refurbishment, with old carpets and curtains that need to be replaced.

The location of this hotel is a hidden gem! We escaped to this serene getaway for a romantic weekend and it was truly magical. The mesmerizing lake and majestic mountains made for the perfect backdrop. the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a lovely touch, giving us a relaxed and worry-free stay.

The pool was too cold, and the jacuzzi was too hot. We also noticed that the pool could have been cleaner.

We loved the location, atmosphere, and relaxation. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The spa, jacuzzi, and sauna were great additions. Comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, and stunning views.
