I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, always there to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I loved the little touches like the bathrobes and toiletries. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, with both the lake and mountains in sight. The pool and spa were clean and well-maintained, and I enjoyed relaxing and unwinding in the spa area. The location of this hotel was great, close to both the city and the beach. it was a wonderful experience and definitely worth the money.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Comfortable bed, stunning balcony view, new and clean facilities. Delicious room service dinner with sunset view. Friendly and prompt housekeeping team. Helpful and kind staff, especially Biljana at the reception. Lake view through balcony. Wonderful location, not far from the city with breathtaking views. Amazing restaurant food and polite staff. Normal prices compared to city. Friendly people. Spa available, albeit limited hours.

The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to both the city and the beach. Guests mentioned the breathtaking view of the lake from the rooms' balconies. The staff, particularly receptionist Biljana, was very kind and helpful.

Some guests complained about the lack of a schedule for entering the pool, which allowed people to go in whenever they wanted.

I had a fantastic stay at Laki Hotel & Spa. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the lake. The restaurant served amazing food and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The prices were also very reasonable compared to restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this hotel!

The food was great and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent, close to the city and the beach. We also enjoyed the amazing view from our spacious room.

The sauna was not working, and the Turkish bath was too cold. The pool was also very crowded, with children running around making noise.
