I recently stayed at Ty Castell for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly situated, close to many historic sites. The rooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard and are very comfortable. The staff, especially Sean, were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great, with convenient nearby car parks and plenty of tea and coffee available.

I recently stayed at Ty Castell for a weekend getaway in North Wales. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, with easy access to shops and the waterfront. Great location, central to everything. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even giving us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary.

The room had a street-facing window that let in a lot of light from a powerful street light across the road, making it difficult to sleep. the bath plug was broken, so we had to remove it manually to let the shower drain properly.

Ty Castell was excellent value for money with lovely rooms above a cozy tapas bar. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the castle and harbor. The staff, particularly Roland, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be improved by adding more variety.

Nothing to fault.

During our Easter getaway, we enjoyed the lovely and well-presented room that we stayed in. One of the best aspects of our stay was how excellent the location was, with everything we needed within easy reach. We also appreciated the breakfast which was delicious and set in a very chilled and relaxed setting.

While our stay was quite enjoyable, there were a couple of things that were the worst aspects of our experience. the shower was quite small and the water pressure could have been better.

We appreciated the availability of staff and the fragrant, moisturising toiletries provided. The hotel even thoughtfully provided earplugs for those staying close to the noisy pubs, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. a unique and pleasant stay in a characteristic location.

The location couldn't have been better, as it was just a stone's throw away from the magnificent castle and surrounded by charming shops and eateries. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and tidy, with a spacious bathroom that exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch service throughout my visit. the restaurant below the hotel offered an array of delicious food options that satisfied even the most discerning palate.

Parking was a bit of a challenge, but given the hotel's central location, this was not entirely unexpected.
