our quick stop in ohrid was amazing - vila bisera exceeded our expectations. the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the views of lake ohrid were breathtaking.

One small issue - room cleaning could be improved. there was some dust under the bed and a few cobwebs in the room.

The location was perfect, and the views from our balcony overlooking the lake were breathtaking. The room was spacious and clean, with a hidden fridge that was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options and the coffee was great. this place has a fantastic location, friendly staff, and a calm and clean atmosphere.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

During my xmas stay, two complementary facts were offered with the stay. the location was spot on and it was easy to reach major tourist attractions. the breakfast wasn't too bad and there were plenty of options to choose from. the view from the balcony was really something special and the room was relatively clean.

The condition of the room wasn't great and it was obvious that the room wasn't maintained properly. the bathroom was particularly disappointing.

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, on top of a hill overlooking Lake Ohrid. It provides breathtaking views that you can enjoy from the balcony of your modern and well-appointed room. The service is excellent, with friendly staff who are always ready to assist you. The breakfast offers a great variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to your day. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the infinity pool, add to the overall enjoyment of your stay.

It is important to note that the hotel is located in a remote area with limited access to public transportation.

We had an incredible stay at a place with a beautiful view, great service, and luxurious accommodation. the price was very reasonable, and we had the flexibility to choose what we wanted. Whether it was a room with a hot tub on the balcony overlooking the lake or a smaller, more affordable option, both options still offered a luxurious experience. the breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated that it was served until 11am. the staff were extremely friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. it was a perfect 10/10 experience.
