the room had no windows, but it was well laid out and a decent size with a good bathroom. the hostel aspect was great, as they had a fully equipped kitchen and there were supermarkets nearby, making it convenient to eat in instead of going out to find a restaurant. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and there were even photos on the walls showing them involved in the construction. the location was also convenient, with the underground station just a short walk away, providing easy access to the city.

As a solo traveler, I loved the convenient location near cafes and restaurants, as well as being within a short walk to central Stockholm and the "old city". The self-check-in and check-out facility was handy, and the hostel provided a keycode for safety during unstaffed hours. The spacious dining hall with fully equipped kitchen allowed me to cook my own meals and save money. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed sheets and towels were provided.

Hostel has a delightful TV lounge - perfect for meeting other guests and staring at the empty screen. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of shops - empty ones, of course. Guests can prepare their own meals in the large communal kitchens - if they can find any utensils that aren't broken or dirty.

Beds were so uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on a pile of rocks - but hey, at least they were overused!

Although reception is only open from 3pm onwards, the hostel had a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, which was perfect for cooking meals. the location is great, close to public transport and within walking distance to many restaurants and supermarkets. a positive experience in Stockholm.
