The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the beach with stunning views of the lake. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides excellent service and is always helpful. The breakfast has a variety of options to choose from.

The TV in the room had some issues that were not fixed in a timely manner.

Our room had a slight issue with the toilet, but it was quickly fixed and we were even upgraded as a complimentary gesture. The location and accommodation were really beautiful, with the sound of the waves crashing and monkeys playing in the trees. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was great. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Spent my Easter holiday at a cozy hotel by the lake. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the serene views of the lake and lush surroundings were breathtaking. It was also great to have access to a wide range of water sports equipment and activities. the food was great with a lot of variety at every meal.

The rooms could use some updating as they looked quite old and basic. there were a few bugs that crept in, but nothing unexpected in a tropical setting.
