We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. The bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces, especially the night shift staff who were very helpful. The hotel had a great swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, which was convenient. Additionally, the location was perfect as there were several restaurants nearby and it was close to the industrial area. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Some of the staff members are not very friendly and helpful, which can be disappointing for guests seeking assistance.

We had a comfortable and spacious room at Amansari Residence Resort. The King Suite we booked was not available, but the staff promptly provided a single suite for the same price. The room size was adequate and met our needs. Despite some minor issues such as a clogged sink and a blank TV screen, the overall stay was enjoyable.
