The staff were helpful and the check-in and check-out process was super fast and hassle-free. We have been staying at this hotel every time we visit this city for the past 10 years. The location of the hotel is perfect and convenient, as it is within walking distance to KLCC. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool was enjoyable, with both kids' and standard pools available.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very near to both the Petronas Towers and a large shopping center with supermarkets. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with kitchen and utensils provided. The amenities in the bathroom, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotions.

The check-in experience was horrible, with guests waiting for more than 2 hours and not enough seating provided.

The location is fantastic, just a short 2-3 minute walk to the KL Convention Centre. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are all in good working order. The staff are attentive and quick to respond to any requests. Tujo Restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious nasi lemak short ribs.
