The breakfast menu may be the same each day, but it is simply delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service upon arrival and departure. Pamphlets available in the lobby offer recommendations for nearby activities.

For a hotel in this price range, I was impressed with its value for money and attention to detail. The staff were friendly, there were basic amenities and the location was perfect for me – close to the airport and within easy reach of the city centre and nearby shopping centers.

All was fine – no complaints.

During my 3-week teaching study tour, I stayed at this hotel which was conveniently located near the beach and malls. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views of the surrounding area. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, including a delicious breakfast with a selection of Asian and Western dishes. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool with stunning views.

The hotel did not provide a kitchen towel, making it difficult to keep the kitchen counter dry while cooking.

Great amenities and comfortable rooms with stunning views. the rooftop pool is outstanding, with a gorgeous setting and comfortable sun loungers. the gym is well-equipped and enjoyable to use. the hotel is strategically located near key business areas that made it easy to travel to important meetings. Another plus was the hot coffee offered in the lobby, which was perfect for quick caffeine boosts.

The hotel staff lacked enthusiasm and hospitality, making it difficult to feel welcomed. Room service took longer than anticipated, and communication issues regarding our deposit made us feel unwelcome.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was perfectly situated near the beach and offered easy access to Perdana Park where I enjoyed the beautiful dancing fountains and jogging track. the spacious and spotlessly clean room with a huge closet provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. the rooftop swimming pool and bar, where I had the pool all to myself at night, was definitely a highlight.

I did have a few issues with the hotel. the hotel's distance from the city center made it inconvenient to explore and limited the options for nearby activities and restaurants.

I had a lovely stay at a hotel in Kota Kinabalu. the room was nice with a great view and a decent shower. They offered a shuttle into town for a good price. the food in the restaurants was also decent. It was a good, clean, and quiet place to relax. the beach was nearby, and I could either walk there to catch the sunset or enjoy it from the bar or swimming pool on the rooftop. the staff were friendly and accommodating, with good English skills. There were also nearby amenities like a plaza, eatery, and mosque. They even stored my luggage for free on my last day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
