The cleanliness at this place is truly remarkable. It felt like staying in a five-star hotel! the staff were constantly cleaning, making the whole place sparkle. It was as if the hotel had a magical cleaning fairy ensuring everything was spotless at all times.

For our short family getaway, we stayed at Virgo Star Resort. the location was convenient, just a quick walk to Pantai Cenang. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a cozy bed and pillows. the amenities provided, including a hairdryer, iron, and mini-fridge, were impressive. the staff were friendly, the pool was right outside our door, and the hotel's cleanliness was exceptional. the complimentary tea, coffee, and water added a nice touch to our stay.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Staying at this hotel was such a breeze! the staff here were super friendly and accommodating. I loved that they offered room service, making my stay even more relaxing. the room was spacious and clean, and the sunrise from the terrace was absolutely stunning. the pool was big enough to have a good swim, plus it's open at all times, including late at night. I also appreciated the hot showers – a must after a day of exploring Pantai Cenang. If you're feeling lazy, you can have breakfast brought to your room for a reasonable price.

I did find the bed mattress quite hard, which led to some backaches in the morning. It would be great if the hotel could look into providing softer mattresses for a more comfortable night's sleep.

The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos and were extremely clean. The facilities were great and the staff was welcoming and attentive. The location was conveniently within walking distance to the beach. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious, with options like toast, omelettes, juice, and fruits. the hotel offered great value for money.

Security was a concern as the doors did not seem secure and could be easily opened. there were no security cameras and no lockers in the rooms.

Our room at Cenang Rooms With Pool had a charming mountain view from the balcony, cozy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refreshing pool view. It felt like a peaceful retreat for our young family.

The swimming pool was smaller than expected, more suitable for children.
