We arrived quite late in the evening, but the staff at the front desk were still there to greet us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a king bed and a single bed in each. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Despite being located next to the main street, we didn't hear much traffic noise. The hotel is also conveniently located about a 10-minute drive from the Semporna jetty, making it a great place to stay for island adventures. we had a pleasant stay at Chan Living and would recommend it to others.

I stayed at this hotel in Semporna for a few days and it was a perfect oasis in the busy area. The outdoor area and pool were spacious and lovely to relax in after a day of activities. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, allowing us to use their facilities and providing a delicious breakfast. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had good WiFi. I must say, for the price we paid, we got excellent value for our money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a decent TV selection. The hotel's location, although a bit far from the city center, was actually a blessing in disguise as it provided a peaceful oasis away from the busy streets. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to use the washing machine and store our food. And let's not forget the amazing breakfast spread they had!

One thing that we didn't particularly like was the city center of Semporna. It was quite dirty and not very appealing to the eye.
