Stayed at City Central and had a great experience. the hotel's bright and pleasant atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. the staff members were polite and always greeted guests. the room was clean and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the convenient location, which was only a short distance from KL Central bus and train stations. There were also many mini markets and restaurants nearby. the staff went above and beyond by helping me retrieve a forgotten luggage. Their assistance was truly invaluable. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

I recently stayed at City Central Hotel for a few days. The location was great, with easy access to many places in Brickfield. The staff were incredibly helpful and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The room was clean and functional, with a good shower. The hotel's cafe/restaurant served quality food. Plus, it was conveniently located near public transportation, right in front of NU Sentral, which was connected to KL Sentral. Highly recommended!

I loved the convenience of having the train station just a few steps away from the hotel. Although the room was a bit small for my liking, it was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, being just steps away from major transportation hubs and shopping options. Our windowless, but clean and serviceable room was just what we needed for our brief stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us and provide us with discounts to local attractions.

We did notice that the room had a pungent floral scent which hit us hard initially, and the bed sheets could have been cleaner.

The location was perfect, right in front of the Sentral Station Monorail. It was very convenient for exploring this bustling city. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The staff greeted me with a big smile and were always ready to assist with any needs. Transportation was a breeze, as the hotel is located near the town area and close to KL Sentral, making it easy to explore the city.

Convenient location near major travel hub. Staff accommodated room change to a deluxe one that was actually booked. Opposite a mall and d last stop for airport buses. Plenty of great food options nearby. LRT and MRT stations just across the road.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room, although small, had a comfortable bed and a kettle with coffee/tea and bottled water. The sound isolation was great, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the railway station and only 2 minutes away from the monorails. This made transportation extremely convenient for us. Furthermore, the location is opposite to a shopping mall and there are numerous dining options available in front of another shopping mall. The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

City Central Hotel was easy to find, located right in front of NU Sentral Mall and close to monorail transport. the room was small but convenient, equipped with AC, fridge, and necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and efficient, providing hand sanitizers and reminding guests to use them. the location was excellent, with easy access to trains, buses, taxis, and car rental services. the check-out time was flexible, allowing for more sleep.

I recently stayed at City Central in Kuala Lumpur for a few nights. The hotel's location near Brickfields and KL Sentral was perfect for exploring and enjoying local food and photography. Despite the small size, the room was comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the universal power outlets. The hotel is conveniently close to the train station, mall, ATM, and eateries. Plus, it's not far from popular attractions like the Petronas Twin Towers. The lack of a carpark wasn't a problem as there are public parking lots available, especially after 6pm. the hotel offers great value for the price.

This hotel is a great find at an affordable price! The location is super convenient as it's located just across the street from NU Sentral Mall - perfect for those who need access to public transport or are looking to shop. The staff are friendly and the rooms are properly maintained with daily housekeeping. I also appreciated the basic amenities in the room like the two queen size beds and breakfast options.

The hotel’s location is extremely convenient. You can easily access any mode of transportation within a few minutes' walk. the staff are very helpful and friendly. They even offered a complimentary drink during check-in and provided hand sanitizers within the lobby. Lastly, the room amenities were adequate. You'll find a clean kettle, towels, toothbrush, body wash, shampoo and even a prayer mat.

Sadly, my room wasn't as expected. I had booked a room with a view but ended up with a windowless one.
