We recently had the most incredible stay at a resort nestled between a majestic mountain and the breathtaking ocean. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and modern, providing all the creature comforts we needed for a perfect stay. The luxurious pool overlooking the ocean was an absolute highlight, and the bar facilities were fantastic, offering plenty of comfortable shaded areas to relax. And let's not forget about the stunning location in the shadow of Mount Santubong. If you're a nature lover, you'll be delighted to encounter chubby squirrels chasing around the bushes. This retreat resort truly allowed us to unwind and indulge in spa treatments, floating in the swimming pool, and even working out while facing the sea. It's an incredibly aesthetically pleasing place, perfect for Instagram-worthy moments. I highly recommend this hotel as a luxurious getaway that offers relaxation away from the bustling city.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming seaside resort surrounded by beautiful gardens, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and mangroves. The location of the resort was perfect, providing a serene and tranquil environment to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty. The staff members were warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were knowledgeable about the nearby attractions and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The bathroom, although with frosted glass walls, was well-appointed and modern. The service was exceptional, and any issues we encountered were promptly addressed by the attentive staff. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options served at the Mediterranean-inspired restaurant. our stay at this hidden gem was a truly wonderful experience.

The only minor drawback was the lack of laundry service for drying clothes, which would have been a convenient addition to the already excellent facilities.

We spent our Xmas at a resort near Santubong and it wasn't what we were expecting. However, there were a couple of things we liked: the view was amazing. It was located in an area with a scenic landscape next to the ocean, which made for great walks. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. there was good WiFi throughout the premises.

the service was poor. We felt like an afterthought and there was not much in the way of helpfulness.

Experiencing luxury amenities was a blissful escape from my routine. the service at the hotel was exceptional, accompanied by the stunning outdoor swimming pool surrounded by natural landscape, and the comfortable sun loungers. the room advantages, such as private facilities and in-room dining added to the luxurious experience. the restaurant had a vast selection with special diet menus. A downside was the limited poolside snack bar which was the only option for quick bites.

the indoor bar/lounge area was a great alternative for leisure time.
