Great hotel for families! Perfect location near a port and comfortably fits families with multiple children with affordable rates. the breakfast offered was decent and the staff were friendly and efficient during the check-in and check-out process.

The hotel's amenities are outdated and need to be updated as soon as possible. the pool area could have used more towels and chairs.

My recent stay at Crystal Crown Hotel Harbour View, Port was quite pleasant. The check-in process was fast and the front office staff greeted me with a warm smile. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory and the bed was comfortable. The swimming pool was also a nice feature and the breakfast provided was tasty. The staff was helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable overall. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as shared balconies where guests could smoke and occasional noise from other rooms, I would still recommend this hotel. I had a good experience at Crystal Crown Hotel Harbour View, Port and would consider staying again in the future.
