The hotel's value for money is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The attention to detail in the rooms was unlike any other Fairfield we have stayed in. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location was quiet and it was cool being in downtown.

Upon arrival, we were pleased to find our names on the screen and our room floor had a great view. The pool was open and we appreciated the grab and go snack option. The doors downstairs opened without needing to touch them, which was convenient. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the 12 pm check-out time. The location was also great and the shower was spacious with a nice selection of soaps.

While our overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor issues. We had a stopped up bathroom sink when we arrived, which should have been noticed and reported by housekeeping.

We loved the hotel's location right in the City Center, which made it convenient to visit all the attractions we wanted to see. The room had recently been upgraded and was sparkling clean. Check-in was frustrating, crowded area for parking and a slow process. the staff at the bar was rude and refused to allow us to bring food from the hotel to the bar.

It had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-fridge and microwave. the staff was attentive and accommodating to my requests. the free breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was under construction during my stay, which made it a bit dirty and noisy. the advertised distance to the stadium was not accurate, it was further than stated.
