Jai, the host, went above and beyond by waiting for me until 2am for check-in. the room was equipped with a mini-fridge and kettle, and free laundry service was a bonus. the location was central with a scooter rental nearby. Despite the shower pressure issue, the value for money was exceptional.

He surprised me with a boat trip to a fancy resort island and showed me around, leaving me in awe of the stunning sunset. His hospitality and kindness truly made my trip exceptional.

The double room with a balcony feels cozy and perfect for chilling after a day out exploring. As a budget traveller, having a private bathroom and bed linen provided is a huge bonus for me. Cons: the kitchenware in the double room didn't seem very clean to me.

The host, Jai, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with his kindness and helpful recommendations. the location, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and bustling main street, was perfect for exploring Pantai Cenang. the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and common areas could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The central location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of dining options and supermarkets. I also loved that the room was spacious and had a fridge, providing convenience during my stay.

There were a few minor downsides to my experience. The room was quite dark, with boarded-up windows that couldn't be opened, which limited natural light and ventilation.

Mind-blowing hospitality, awesome island exploration with Jai, adorable kittens, and amazing outdoor leisure area. Highly recommend!
