The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Guests praised the beautiful layout and views of the rooms, as well as the spotlessly clean and high-quality bathrooms. The owners were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. The breakfast choices were excellent, with local Welsh produce being used. Guests also appreciated the extra special touches in the rooms, such as Welsh toiletries, slippers, and a selection of teas.

The shower in one of the rooms leaked, causing inconvenience for the guest.

We had a fantastic stay at Mount Street House Bed & Breakfast. the owners were incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They went out of their way to cater to our dietary requirements and cooked a delicious breakfast to order. the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and felt brand new. the highlight was the amazing shower! the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Brecon town center. We had a lovely two nights and would definitely recommend Mount Street House to others.

The breakfast menu could be improved with the addition of individual long life milk/cream cartons for the tea and coffee in the rooms.
