The staff were not very helpful or proactive, and the information provided about traveling was incorrect, causing me to miss a planned flight. the rooms were small, unclean, and infested with ants, which was quite disappointing.

We recently stayed at Dayang Bay Resort for a family vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even during the busy holiday season. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for families, with a big sofa bed, two shower/bathrooms, and a store room. The highlight was the breathtaking sea view from the big balcony, where we enjoyed drinks while watching the sunset. Additionally, the hotel had great amenities like a spa, gym, games area, and three pools, including one private for ladies. There was always something for everyone to do!

If you're searching for a relaxing, convenient stay close to a beach and a myriad of duty-free shops with your family, this hotel could be a good fit. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable and the balcony is outfitted with a small pantry and a fantastic view of the sea. The pool area is fantastic with harbor views and although the breakfast is hit-or-miss, there is a good Arabic restaurant. Unfortunately, there's no accessible beach in the immediate vicinity, and some rooms can be noisy and dirty.

I especially enjoyed the special female pool. The rooms were clean and nice, with the unique concept of an open kitchen. The carpark being located next to the hotel was very convenient for me and my family. The location was also great, being close to many eateries and very near the mall.

The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy balcony where we could relax and take in the stunning views. The dining options were also impressive, with a halal restaurant offering delicious food and a bar/lounge area for unwinding after a long day. While the staff's customer service skills could use improvement, overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
