The buffet breakfast is a must-try, especially the local favorites like Char Keoy Teoh, Roti Chennai, and the delicious Dhall. The curry chicken and omelette are also heavenly. The staff is fantastic, especially when it comes to accommodating families with young children. The pool on the 6th floor is amazing, with a refreshing lemon water welcome and a lovely infinity pool. The hotel's location in George Town is great for exploring the city's attractions. Don't miss the cocktail hour from 5-6pm with tasty snacks before heading out to explore.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Penang. The recently refurbished Heritage Wing-wow! The hotel facilities were impeccable, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the luxurious bathrooms and toiletries provided. The staff provided seamless check-in and valet parking services, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. The location near the World Heritage Site was perfect for exploring the city. And let's not forget the amazing breakfast! The selection of food was one of the best I have ever experienced in Malaysia. this hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect.

It's close to the town center, and guests can stroll to the local attractions easily. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with various options of cuisine. The room is spacious and has a beautiful view of the city.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a great way to start the year. We enjoyed two complementary facts: a delicious breakfast buffet and a guided walking tour of the nearby historic area. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The best part was the beautiful sea view from our room, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of our stay.

The slow Wi-Fi connection, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay. Despite this, we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a prime location.

I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful old hotel. My corner suite felt like a spacious apartment with a lovely wraparound balcony. The double shower and large bathroom area with his and her vanities and wardrobes were a luxurious touch. The air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom kept me cool, and the heavy curtains ensured a peaceful sleep-in. The breakfast in Sarkies dining room was absolutely stunning, with a wide variety of delicious options from traditional English to Malaysian Indian curries. The poolside area was relaxing, and the complimentary shoulder and neck massage offered by the spa staff was a nice touch. Despite some drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I didn't experience any of those issues during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Penang.

Our recent 6-night stay at this venue was dazzling. We luxuriated in a spacious room, the largest suite we've ever had, furnished with magnificent traditional decor and state-of-the-art facilities. The stunning bathroom offered an appealing selection of lavish toiletries. The staff was personable, greeting us warmly and remembering our preferences for breakfast. Room service was prompt and efficient. Breakfast was delectable with a stunning variety of dishes and flavors, we particularly loved the Halal food selection. The outdoor pool area was breathtaking with comfortable sun loungers where we relaxed with signature cocktails from the bar lounge. This hotel delivered all our expectations and provided a truly luxurious escape from the daily grind.

Our only complaint is that there were some minor housekeeping issues. We found a towel had been missed during the cleaning process.

my return to george town was made even more memorable thanks to a luxurious stay at e&o. the heritage wing's quietness and comfy bed were just what i needed. the view from the pool in the victoria annex was simply breathtaking. breakfast at sarkies offered a great selection of food.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with stunning views of the sea from the room and dining area. It is also conveniently situated near the Blue Mansion Heritage Building and Nasi Kandar Line Clear, as well as being within walking distance of Love Lane and Chulia Street Night Hawker Stalls. The Premier Suite in the Victoria annex was spacious and beautifully decorated. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.
