The room was spacious and had a balcony, which we loved! the staff was friendly and always willing to help. We were impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. the breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the fresh juices and real coffee.

We were disappointed to find out that the hot tub was not available during our stay, despite it being advertised as an amenity. We were also disturbed by the noise in the early mornings, as the staff started getting things out of a nearby storage shed.

The location of this hotel was excellent- just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The staff was friendly and provided great service, offering helpful tips on visiting Machu Picchu. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a private bathroom. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with fresh juices, fruit, bread, and rolls.

We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing location of this hotel. From our room, we had a breathtaking view of the main square. It was so convenient, just a short walk away. The staff member who picked us up from the train station was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was wonderful, with a spacious king-sized bed and a luxurious shower. We even had a TV for some downtime. The hotel itself was charming and had plenty of cozy corners to relax in. They also provided storage for our bags, which was a bonus. Breakfast was great, with a variety of breads and fruits to choose from. The organic coffee was a highlight. We did experience some minor drawbacks, like the lack of wifi in our room and the absence of an elevator. However, if you're not bothered by these small inconveniences, Gringo Bill's Boutique is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel right in the center of Aguas Calientes. The location was perfect, as it was close to the bus station that goes to Machu Picchu entrance. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, and the hotel even provided a pick-up service from the train station, although it was only a 5-minute walk away.

Conveniently located near the main square and bus stop to Machu Picchu. Comfortable beds and good shower. Breakfast starts early, perfect for catching the early bus. Guest toilets and showers available after the trip to Machu Picchu. Staff recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Pleasantly surprised by the overall experience as a business traveler.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in Aguas Calientes. the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They arranged a spa day for us and even baked a cake for my boyfriend's birthday. We were also able to store our belongings at the hotel for an entire day before and after our reservation. the property was beautiful and had a pool and hot tub, although we didn't see them in use. It was especially great for non-Spanish speakers like us. the staff treated us like family, and we wish we could have stayed longer. If we ever return, we will definitely choose this boutique hotel again.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just off the main plaza, which means you're close to everything but protected from the noise. The staff at this hotel are really friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms at the very top of the hotel offer beautiful views and are a great escape from the chaos of the town.

The breakfast timing could be improved, as it starts quite early at 4:45 am.

All was perfect.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and just off the town square. There were so many restaurants nearby, making it super convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive, taking good care of my suitcase and even helping me carry it to the train station. The rooms had a nice view with little lookout balconies, and the continental breakfast offered included fresh eggs cooked to order. It was definitely a value for money stay.

Water issues were resolved quickly.
