Stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience! the staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. the room was really comfy, the bed was great, and everything was clean. the toilet was spacious and spotless. They even provided laundry and hygiene bags, which was a nice touch. the location in the city center was perfect, with attractions like Art of OLDTOWN, Hale Street, and Funtasy House Trick Art within walking distance.

One small downside was that the room we paid extra for with a window had very tiny windows that faced another building, so not much natural light came in. It would be great if they could improve the size and view of the windows in those rooms.

For the price, the value we got was amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a renovated bathroom that was a nice touch. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Breakfast choices could be improved, but the ambience of the breakfast restaurant was quirky and enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our three-night stay. The hotel's convenient location was a huge plus, with the old town and a mega mall just a short 10-15 minute stroll away. We also appreciated the option to rent a car through the hotel, which allowed us to explore the surrounding towns and Cameron Highlands easily.

The weak Wifi connection, which required us to use our own hotspot. the shower in one of the queen bedrooms was not functional, though we didn't bother requesting room service due to our short stay.

The rooms lacked soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep when there were noisy children or loud noise from the corridor. the hotel could improve on its sound insulation to provide a more peaceful stay for guests.
