Our stay at Bolu Koru Hotels Spa & Convention was a pleasant surprise. The hotel generously upgraded our room, providing us with a spacious and comfortable space. The outside area was perfect for family activities and relaxation. Despite a few drawbacks, such as housekeeping and the need for improvement in dinner quality, the overall experience was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers a luxurious Spa & wellness center with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my relaxation needs. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, especially in the restaurant where they provided an exceptional in-room breakfast with prompt and attentive service. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere for enjoying the scenery.

There was only one minor issue with the location advantages. the hotel is located on a hill out of town, which requires a personal car to travel back and forth comfortably.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard. The carpets and curtains in my room were visibly stained. The hotel had a smoking smell in the corridors. The dinner quality was poor, with limited options for vegetarians.
