The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Pavilion mall and the Twin towers. The staff at Grand Hyatt were incredibly friendly and made me feel truly welcomed.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the main attractions such as the PETRONAS Towers and shopping malls. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, one of the best I have ever had. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The sauna and steam room took quite a long time to heat up, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the wellness facility area was used for prayers, which meant that guests had to wait to use the showers.

Absolutely loved my stay at Grand Hyatt. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows with an incredible view of the iconic Petronas Towers. The spaciousness and luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of Asian and Western dishes. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a gem! The value for money is unbeatable with prime location at a walking distance from the Twin Towers and Pavilion. The staff is courteous and the rooms are in pretty good condition with a view of the Petronas Twin Tower. Breakfast with Twin Towers view is included with very diverse food options.

Our weekend stay at this hotel was exceptional! The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk away from the famous shopping mall and iconic towers. The sky walks and tunnels made it convenient to explore these attractions regardless of the weather. The views of the towers from the lobby were absolutely stunning! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only drawback we experienced was the complex lighting system in the room. It took us a while to figure out which switches controlled which lights, which was a bit inconvenient.

I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt in Kuala Lumpur for a few days with my family. The twin tower view deluxe room was worth the extra cost - we loved sleeping with the curtains open and waking up to that stunning view. The room had everything we needed, from the fabulous rain shower to the spacious walk-in clothing room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out. The bar and restaurant on the 36th floor had breathtaking views and served delicious food and drinks. an excellent experience!

From start to finish, the staff were welcoming and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in and early check-in option. The king room with a view of the towers was amazing, and the birthday cake was a lovely surprise. I can't wait to have another stay in a king room with a tower view.

Special mention to Amul, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay warm and welcoming. Our room had a fantastic tower view on a high floor and the room itself was exceptional. The staff treated us like royalty and the breakfast on the 39th floor was outstanding. The amenities provided, along with the digital concierge Tanya, made our stay even more enjoyable. We cannot wait to return to this exceptional hotel.

During our recent stay at Grand Hyatt, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and exceptional service. When we arrived, we found out that our room had twin beds instead of a king-sized bed, but the front office manager quickly arranged for us to switch rooms on the same floor. The thoughtfulness continued when they discovered it was our wedding anniversary, as they provided us with complimentary buffet breakfast for the duration of our stay. The room itself was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The buffet spread was extensive and delicious, and the overall customer service was top-notch. We are definitely looking forward to staying at Grand Hyatt again in the future.
