Very nice facility - not at all what I remember Courtyards being like. Bed were just like I like them; A/C was very responsive; Starbucks coffee in the morning at what looks to be a fun breakfast counter. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The staff was very helpful when needed. The location is perfect for where and why we travel to Oak Brook Terrace. The price is always fair. We've frequented this location several times, over the years, and would highly recommend it. Facility was clean and quiet for a quick overnight stay. And close to the mall!

The location of this hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It is conveniently close to the airport, Elmhurst hospital, and various restaurants. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of electrical outlets and a fridge. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The indoor pool is clean and offers plenty of lounge chairs and towels. Guests can enjoy a delicious Starbucks latte in the morning and have unlimited access to the business center.

The limited menu food service offered by the hotel could use some improvement. Some items were not available, and the preparation and quality of the food were subpar.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious and comfortable guest room at this hotel. It had plenty of room to move around and was clean and inviting. The location was also a key factor for me, as it was conveniently located near the airport and restaurants. Additionally, I enjoyed the indoor pool, which was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs and towels available.

The first night, we had to wait for a long time for our cocktails and the drinks we wanted were not available. The food we ordered was also not up to par, with a grilled cheese sandwich that was essentially toast with unmelted cheese and tomato soup that felt more like chunky salsa.
