Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. the hotel's location was superb - right in the heart of the city and walking distance to everything. the air conditioning was excellent, which was great for the hot Kuching weather. Complimentary mineral water and toothbrush were also provided, which were a nice touch.

The bedsheets had a stain on them, and the bidet in the toilet was inconveniently placed too high. there weren't many complimentary items provided, and some were charged for extra like the toothbrush and toothpaste.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city, making it extremely convenient to explore and enjoy the local attractions. We loved being able to walk to nearby eateries and experience the lively ambiance of the main bazaar street in the evenings. The doorman was very helpful and always had a smile on his face, providing excellent hospitality throughout our stay. Despite the compact size of the room, it was clean and comfortable, allowing us to have a restful sleep after a long day of exploring.
