We enjoyed the delightful breakfast spread, convenient access to malls downstairs, and the amazing staff. the location near the checkpoint and close proximity to JB Sentral were great.

We had a great experience staying here! The location was perfect; this place was situated in between two popular malls with lots of shopping options. The staff were incredibly helpful and we appreciated the room amenities like the ironing facilities and electric kettle. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing and made for a nice relaxing day by the sun loungers.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. It's positioned between two of the most visited malls in the area and the JB Sentral train station is just across the street. The rooms are spacious and neat, with fantastic views of the CIQ and Customs area. The staff is courteous, and the tasty breakfast offers a decent spread of dishes.

The noise level in the rooms is a major concern as the soundproofing is below average. some guests faced issues with the air conditioning and the housekeeping's attention to detail in certain areas was lacking.

The hotel was conveniently located near many retail shops and restaurants. It was also close to popular tourist attractions, such as a bustling night market and a large shopping complex. I appreciated the fact that the furniture in the room appeared to be new. I enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant on the eighth floor, which offered a beautiful view of the surrounding cityscape.

While the staff was friendly, they could benefit from additional training and experience, particularly when addressing customer complaints. Finally, the in-room television channels were lacking and seemed to have been cut from my previous visit.
