During my recent stay at Jen Penang Georgetown, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk away from various malls, supermarkets, and local street food stalls. I had the opportunity to try out delicious dishes like beef noodles at Carnavon Street and refreshing coconut water at Abu Siti Lane.

As backpackers, we loved the central location and proximity to shopping malls and a supermarket. The shuttle service to the nearby beach was a major bonus. The staff, especially Katherine, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. The Club Lounge served delicious food and drinks, and the overall facilities were well-maintained. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious.

The staff members were polite, friendly, and always willing to assist. The food at the club lounge and breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, with many attractions within walking distance or a short drive away. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Jen Penang By Shangri-La to others.

This hotel, Jen Penang Georgetown, offers a pleasant stay. the check-in process was quick, and the staff were friendly. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the room was clean and spotless, with no dust or lint to be found. the location is excellent, with easy access to nearby malls and food centers. the hotel also has a good-sized swimming pool, including a separate pool for kids. a great place to stay in Penang.

I stayed at this hotel recently and it is a great place to stay! The location is very convenient as it is in the city centre and right next to the bus terminal. I was impressed with the excellent customer service of the staff, who kindly allowed my request. The rooms are well-equipped with many amenities such as air conditioning, television, and free Wi-Fi. I enjoyed the lovely spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool, which have free Wi-Fi. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar/lounge area, and they offer delicious continental breakfast with halal food.

I recommended this hotel to my friend because it is great for families with children who will love the children's play area and babysitting/child services.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in GeorgeTown and had a fantastic experience. This place is located right next to the bus terminal, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the island. The service here is top-notch, with 24-hour room service and friendly staff who provided excellent customer service. They even kindly accommodated my request, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with famous local food stalls and attractions within walking distance. The strategic and convenient position in the middle of the city made it easy for us to explore. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable furniture and modern amenities. The hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool and spa center. we highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

The check-in process was a bit slow and the staff member was not very knowledgeable about nearby tourist locations. There was also one security guard who seemed aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable.

The hotel has a great location, with so many attractive features in the surrounding area, including Georgetown UNESCO Heritage area and street food. Although the rooms are basic, some offer great views. The staff take good care of guests by providing complimentary breakfast and a variety of facilities like a pool.

The elevators are often crowded.

The room was nicely designed and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. the location was great, right at the center of the city, with easy access to famous eateries and attractions. We also enjoyed the breakfast spread, with a good variety of options to choose from.

There were a few aspects that we did not enjoy. the hotel's basement carpark was often full, and we had to park in a dark and seemingly unguarded area across the road.
