Had an awesome Xmas break at this place. Loved the clean and spacious room, with air conditioning and functional water heater. The location of the hotel was very strategic, with convenience stores, a pharmacy, a laundromat, and a food court within a walking distance. What's more, the staff was very friendly and polite, making our stay more pleasant.

The hotel is situated on an upper floor of shoplot with no elevator, which could be quite challenging if you had older guests or anyone with a wheelchair. , there was no designated parking, so be prepared for a bit of circling around to find a parking spot.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kota Kinabalu. The minimalist room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The location was perfect with various dining options and a convenient store nearby. Checking in and out was a breeze, and I had no trouble finding transportation around the city. I felt safe throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel's location in the city center made it convenient to explore on foot. We appreciated the small fridge and microwave in the room, as well as the nearby laundry and convenience stores. a perfect stay.
