I had to carry my heavy luggage myself, no offers of help whatsoever, and during my stay, I kindly requested a seaview room but saw nothing but vacant rooms. I nearly wrote a glowing review but just couldn't, after all that.

Kailua-Kona vibes 🌊🌺

Yo, the sunsets were absolutely insane! We chilled by the pool while sipping on drinks, it was the perfect local vibe. The staff were super friendly, made you feel right at home and sorted out every little thing with a smile.

Our room had a bit of old school charm, which was kinda cool but also felt a bit outdated.

Gorgeous sunsets and spacious villas , with clean kitchens that felt like home! Great spot for access to shops and restaurants. Loved the BBQ facilities and peaceful garden areas. Staff were super friendly! 🏖️

However, the TV was hit or miss, and occasional pests were a concern. Maintenance could be more prompt.

Aggressive timeshare presentations can be a major annoyance!!! The lack of beach access is disappointing for a resort!!! The furniture feels worn out and uncomfortable. Cleaning needs improvement, and the internet service is painfully slow!!!

The two-bedroom suite was spacious with air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large patio. The outdoor swimming pool was relaxing. The spa and wellness center added a nice touch. Loved the location near snorkeling beaches and having laundry facilities in the room was super convenient. Staff was responsive and helpful.

The property has a peaceful vibe with multiple pools, jacuzzis, and nearby golf. We enjoyed evenings watching the stunning sunset views. There were plenty of on-site activities like hula lessons, which kept the whole family entertained, making it a perfect spot for our getaway.

My wife says that housekeeping services should be improved.

The one-bedroom villa featured a modern kitchen that made cooking a delight, and the coffee maker was a great touch. Ocean views were stunning, along with the proximity to several beaches. On the downside, the dishwasher had lingering water issues and needed repair, although maintenance responded quickly. Parking availability near my unit was inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, a nice environment with friendly staff but some areas could be improved.
