The location was perfect for me as it was in the middle of the party area with lots of food stalls nearby. The service was top-notch with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bell staff, and housekeeping all available. I loved the amenities in the room - air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a refrigerator with a microwave. The hotel also had a great dining restaurant and bar/lounge area. I especially enjoyed the leisure spa and wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and free wi-fi in rooms.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Ramada. the location was perfect, close to the party street and Bukit Bintang. the service was excellent, with kind and friendly staff. the view from the 15th floor was amazing, especially during breakfast at the buffet. the food was delicious, offering a variety of options, including tasty Sri Lankan dishes. the swimming pool was great, and we were even allowed to use it after checking out in the morning. a wonderful experience with a nice bar and modern amenities. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area close to many pubs and clubs, making it ideal for nightlife lovers. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near the main attractions we wanted to visit and within walking distance of the bus station.

The hotel had a terrible smell in the bathroom upon our arrival.

We were pleased with the size and comfort of our room at Ramada. The design and furnishings were modern and inviting. The location was ideal, within walking distance of popular attractions. The infinity pool and gym were great amenities. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and satisfying.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The staff lacked enthusiasm and didn't provide much in terms of service.

The noise from the bars downstairs was a bit too loud, but the hotel provided earplugs. the hotel transportation was more expensive compared to getting an Uber or taxi outside.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, luxury, and affordable price. The rooftop pool was like a fairy tale and the staff were attentive and nice. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of surrounding restaurants. The guest room was modern, spacious, and fully equipped.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and soft pillows. The modern design and high-quality materials used in the room made it feel luxurious. I loved the fully equipped kitchenette, as well as the dining area and couch in front of the TV. The pool area was also very nice, and the staff were extremely accommodating. The location of this hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from a bustling "party" area and also close to major shopping malls like Pavilion and Fahrenheit 88. The free wifi and delicious breakfast were also big pluses for me.

The cleanliness during my stay was not up to my expectations. The housekeeping staff did not clean the rooms well, as I saw them quickly making the bed and mopping without properly cleaning the toilet.

For our Christmas stay, we had a great experience at the hotel. the spacious and clean room provided us with a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any queries we had. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was situated within walking distance of various attractions and shopping malls.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The breakfast buffet selection was a bit disappointing as it lacked variety, especially for those who prefer a more Western-style breakfast.
