The staff here were super friendly and helpful. They even called an agency for us. the hotel's location is convenient, easily reachable from KL. I appreciated the cleanliness; the room was spotless, and the surroundings had a playground and a supermarket nearby.

Figuring out the shower's hot water was a challenge; it felt like only cold water was available.

The Jerantut Hill Hotel was a convenient stopover for my family before our early train ride. the staff was welcoming, and the room, though basic, served our needs well. the nearby eateries and pharmacies were handy, and the walk to the train station was safe. Despite minor room issues, the hotel's location and helpful staff made our short stay pleasant.

Being a cleanliness freak, I was thrilled with the spotless room & bathroom. the bed smelled fresh, and the air conditioning was a bonus. the staff were lovely too; I'd recommend it to anyone passing through!

I loved the helpful staff and cleanliness of the hotel. It's conveniently located near a park and supermarket. They even contacted me about my forgotten charger. While the hot water issue was a downside, the team was great in organizing transportation. Unfortunately, stairs may be a challenge for some, but overall a pleasant stay.

I had a FANTASTIC STAY in the city center hotel in Hill! the room service and facilities were top-notch. the staff at the receptionist were so friendly. Would definitely stay again! the bathroom was a bit stinky though.

the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. the room service was prompt, and the housekeeping staff kept the room spotless. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby markets and eateries. I also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning, which was a great start to my day.

While my overall experience was excellent, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. I noticed that the water pressure in the shower was a bit slow, which made it challenging to get hot water.

My recent stay was fantastic - the location close to the train station was so convenient! the room with excellent value for money exceeded my expectations. I'd DEFINITELY choose this place again! the bathroom was even better than on photos.
