The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room, though compact, was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The location was just fantastic, right in the center of Chinatown and on Jonkers St There were plenty of mini marts and shops nearby, as well as food vendors and restaurants. It was the perfect place to enjoy the night market on weekends.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going above and beyond to deliver a swivel chair to our room for my son's therapy program. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the lack of a lift and a slightly uncomfortable bed, our overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
