Our family vacation turned into a staycation due to my illness, but the Renaissance made it comfortable. Conveniently located near major shopping destinations, and a short walk to the BTS. The hotel's decadent ID and free in-room wifi were a plus. The Renaissance suite was spacious and well-designed, with a spotless daily cleaning. The staff was informative and courteous, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in and medical needs.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during my stay. when I made housekeeping requests through the Bonvoy app, they were not fulfilled until I called the front desk.

We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance hotel. the location was perfect, with the BTS station just a short walk away and plenty of shopping destinations nearby. the hotel itself was modern and chic, with a decadent-looking interior. the amenities were excellent, and the staff was courteous and kind. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a diverse range of local and international cuisine. Special thanks to K.Ju at the front desk for her exceptional service and attention to detail. we felt right at home and had a truly enjoyable stay.

The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel at home. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean with great views. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Chidlom BTS. The breakfast variety was exceptional, including halal options. The hospitality was superb, with quick service and assistance with luggage.

The hospitality at the hotel was outstanding. The staff, especially Arm and Khathy, were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with the convenience of the skywalk bridge and BTS station just a short walk away. We loved that the staff at the executive lounge went the extra mile to remember our preferences, even when the place was fully occupied.

The soundproofing in the room could be improved. We were woken up each morning by the noise of the tap/shower running, even with the bathroom door closed.

The hotel is situated in a strategic location at the city center, with easy access to major shopping malls and attractions. The Chitlom BTS station is just in front of the hotel, making it convenient for transportation. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection and the omelets are highly recommended. The rooms are cozy and spacious, with a fantastic bathroom featuring a rainforest shower and bathtub. The gym is well-equipped for a morning exercise routine.

The stay was enjoyable and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. the hotel had clean rooms and great amenities, including a pool and gym. the location was convenient for exploring the city and engaging in various activities.

The only downside was not getting a refund for the last breakfast due to leaving early in the morning.

I recently stayed at Renaissance Hotel for a short business trip. The rooms were spacious and had breathtaking views. The bed was comfy with silky linen. The open space bathtub with privacy option was a nice touch. The breakfast had a wide variety of options including local fruit juices and Thai dishes. The hotel's location was perfect, with major shopping malls and a fantastic Thai restaurant nearby. The connecting walkways to BTS and shopping malls made it very convenient.

Plus, the hotel is connected to a linking mall, so we didn't have to worry about getting wet on rainy days. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. I recently stayed at Renaissance in a mini-suite for 5 days. The hotel is in a prime location near malls and the BTS station. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always had a smile. The breakfast had a great selection of Halal foods and the service was excellent. it was great value for money.
