We recently stayed at a hotel in Montano Lucino and were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Hotel Cruise. From the moment we arrived, the staff spoke fluent English and were incredibly helpful. the double bedroom we stayed in had its own safe garage, making it perfect for our motorbike. Not only was the room spacious, with a large sofa and table with chairs, but the bathroom was also beautifully decorated. the hotel even provided disposable flip flops and a dental kit for any forgotten necessities. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was truly amazing. There was a wide variety of options, from fruits and croissants to scrambled eggs and bacon. the location may not be in the city of Como, but it's only a short 10-minute drive away. We can't wait to visit Hotel Cruise again. Everything was perfect!

As a group of friends, we loved the clean and spacious rooms, ample free parking, and the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Having a restaurant and bar inside the hotel was a great convenience. The soundproofing was impressive, blocking out both highway noise and any disturbance from neighboring rooms. The 24-hour reception was also very helpful.

Our recent city trip hotel stay was great! the complementary breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel was perfectly located, just a short walk from the train station and minutes away from lots of popular tourist attractions. the free WiFi also ensured we could stay connected with loved ones, which was a big bonus.

The rooms were a little outdated and could do with some updating. the air conditioning was also a bit noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

During my recent stay at a hotel near Lake Como, I had a delightful surprise. The room I booked turned out to be much larger than expected, resembling a spacious 1-bedroom apartment. To my delight, there was even a round glass dining table that could comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It was such a pleasant surprise to have that extra space and a lovely dining area.

Although the hotel was a bit far from the city center, the affordable price made up for it. Plus, the huge parking area made it convenient for guests with cars.

The staff were amazing, going the extra mile by keeping the restaurant open for us when we arrived late from our day at the lakes. The rooms were nice and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bath in our room. The breakfast was good too, with a variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The croissants at breakfast were absolutely delicious. The parking options were superb, with a unique feature of a direct lift from the garage to the room. I've never seen this kind of setup before. Even though I couldn't park in the private box due to the garage being closed, there were plenty of parking spots outside. The location was perfect for a stop during travel and the hotel itself was beautiful. I was also pleased to find out that dogs are welcome here. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing for a very late check-in when we arrived after midnight due to a heavy thunderstorm. They were ready to assist us and were super nice. The breakfast had a great variety of good quality gluten-free bread, which was a pleasant surprise.
