This hotel is located in the heart of Georgetown, making it easy to explore the city on foot. There are plenty of good cafes and Chinese restaurants nearby, providing great options for food. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean with comfortable queen-sized beds. Plus, breakfast is available for those who want it, although it is not included in the price.

The hotel staff could improve their service in the restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Georgetown with our two small kids. The location was great, with a little restaurant next door where we could grab a quick bite before heading out to explore the city. It was also close to several other restaurants and within walking distance to the different tourist spots. Another advantage was that it was near a mall, making it convenient for any last-minute shopping needs. The room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast that was included, giving us a good start to our day of adventures. it was a fantastic hotel that provided all the necessary facilities and advantages for a memorable family vacation.

The only drawback was the unreliable WiFi connection, which could be improved.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the bus terminal and within walking distance of all the attractions in the city center. The rooms are simple but nice, and some even have balconies that open up to the outdoors. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring the room was clean and tidy.

Some of the wait staff in the restaurant were not attentive and failed to provide good service.
