We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Georgetown with our two small kids. The location was great, with a little restaurant next door where we could grab a quick bite before heading out to explore the city. It was also close to several other restaurants and within walking distance to the different tourist spots. Another advantage was that it was near a mall, making it convenient for any last-minute shopping needs. The room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast that was included, giving us a good start to our day of adventures. it was a fantastic hotel that provided all the necessary facilities and advantages for a memorable family vacation.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the bus terminal and within walking distance of all the attractions in the city center. The rooms are simple but nice, and some even have balconies that open up to the outdoors. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring the room was clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kimberley Hotel Georgetown. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city, allowing us to easily explore and find everything we needed. The front desk team, especially Jeeveetah, were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. The included breakfast at the restaurant next door was delicious, with a choice of American breakfast or local Nasi Lamek. The hotel also had a convenient store next door where the friendly staff went out of their way to help us. I highly recommend the Kimberley Hotel Georgetown for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing throughout our room changes. The rooms were lovely, modern, and clean. The AC was good and the free WiFi was reliable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main bus depot and attractions. The hotel also had a limited but satisfying breakfast in the restaurant. a great value for the money and I would definitely stay here again.

The chef's masterpiece at Auction Rooms Cafe is a worth a taste, and the balcony view of Georgetown city at night is simply breathtaking. Exploring the historical tales of Georgetown is easy under the clear sky, and the hotel is conveniently located near eateries and shopping centers.

Oh, how I enjoyed the delightful experience of not receiving any sanitary products in my room. Such attention to detail!

Our New Year stay was enjoyable with pleasant experiences. the hotel had a great location, making it easy to explore the nearby markets and attractions. We enjoyed the breakfast as it had a lovely spread of dishes to suit everyone's taste. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay more comfortable. We appreciated the hotel's complimentary welcome drink and New Year's gift for guests.

There were a few downsides. the room we stayed in was smaller than expected, with limited space for moving around.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. the location is fantastic, right in the heart of Georgetown. It's close to all the popular food places like Kimberly Street, Chulia Street, and Lebuh Keng Kwee. There are also shopping malls nearby, including Komtar. the room was comfortable, with cold air-conditioning and a great selection of TV channels. the staff at reception were very helpful and welcoming. They promptly delivered an extra pillow and hairdryer when we requested them. Plus, it's easy for Grab drivers to find the hotel. it's great value for money!
