There were a few areas that could be improved. the communication process could be smoother, as the provided mobile phone sometimes made it difficult to convey requests.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel for my vacation. The hospitality from check-in to check-out was amazing. The villa provided a fully stocked fridge of beverages and a mini-bar loaded with snacks. The small kitchen had all the necessary appliances and cookware. The separate bedroom and living room was a brilliant idea. They offered free refills for everything once a day and even provided free transportation to nearby places. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room. it was a pleasure and an amazing experience.

We stayed at La Villa for 3 days to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, and it exceeded our expectations. The entire villa was ours, offering complete privacy. The bar provided free drinks and snacks, and they even surprised us with flower petals on the bed. The villa was clean, well-designed, and had a separate living area and bedroom. The pool was spacious and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and the bathroom was impressive with a large rain shower. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes from Chenang beach. The suite was always clean and had everything we needed. The staff were exceptional, always there to help, even getting rid of snakes and spiders! The villa itself was huge and very comfortable, with a fantastic private pool. The service from start to finish was excellent, including a welcome drink, a tour of the villa, and even a mobile phone for hotel and customer needs. The staff also offered car and scooter rentals, as well as organizing excursions. The breakfast served in the villa was excellent, with a wide choice of delicious food. a truly fantastic experience.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious and modern villa, with its luxurious furnishings and amenities. the private pool was clean and a great place to relax. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who provided a free shuttle service to key locations and offered a choice of in-villa breakfast or a nearby buffet.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the open area above the pool attracted insects and brought humidity into the villa.

The staff, spacious room, well-furnished bathroom and kitchen, elegant and delicious food, free flow snacks.

Was all great.
