The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the complimentary drink and restaurant voucher. The room was comfortable and had a spectacular view of KLCC. The amenities provided, such as toiletries and a mini fridge, made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a fulfilling and comfortable experience at the hotel.

There were no hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothes. Room service wasn't available and the single key card was a headache, as my partner had to go down to collect food, leaving me in a dark room.
