My recent stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The location was convenient, just next to Avenue K mall and within walking distance to KLCC. The staff were attentive, accommodating, and friendly. Access to food was easy with many restaurants nearby, and there was even a 7-11 store below the hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the complimentary drink and restaurant voucher. The room was comfortable and had a spectacular view of KLCC. The amenities provided, such as toiletries and a mini fridge, made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a fulfilling and comfortable experience at the hotel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 👍

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk to the LRT station and other shopping areas. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful in resolving an issue with my room key. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The location is amazing, just a 1 minute walk from the Twin Towers. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect if you are on transit and want to visit the basics in KL. Excellent breakfast!

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and Avenue K shopping mall. Plus, there are various restaurants and shopping areas nearby. You can even grab a bite at the attached Japanese restaurant. The bathroom was clean, which is a huge plus.

The parking system definitely needs improvements as it only accepts specific payment methods and the roof coverage is inadequate during heavy rain.
