This place is a dream! Everything about it is top-notch. The staff is welcoming and respectful, making you feel right at home. The services offered are fantastic - complimentary drinks, tea and coffee with biscuits, free ice cream, free laundry, 24hr gym. The location is ideal, near a mall and hawker street, with shuttles available. The hotel truly goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a perfect experience! The location is great, in the heart of the town, and I was able to walk to all the major tourist attractions. The staff here were amazing and provided excellent service, making me feel like I was their only guest. I had a fantastic stay at a dreamy boutique hotel in George Town. The breakfast was incredible, especially the made-to-order roti bread. The location was perfect, close to Kimberly street and Chula street. The service was outstanding and the staff were very hospitable. I loved the rooftop bar, where they served free ice cream and wine at night. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Penang.

The location was convenient, close to the ferry jetty and Penang Street Art. A mall was also nearby.
