The location of the lodge is excellent, as it is near the city center and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Some rooms even offer a view of the lake. the lodge provides facilities such as a heated ski storage room and a hot tub for guests to enjoy.

The bathroom could benefit from some updates to improve the overall experience for guests.

The location was convenient, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The owner/manager was friendly and accommodating. a pleasant experience. I would recommend this lodge for a comfortable stay in Wanaka.

Got two complimentary items, including a map and a bottle of water. The hotel was in a central location and was also near the main attractions. The view from the window was scenic, and we felt comfortable in our room.

We had to struggle to carry our suitcases to the upper level rooms and the Wi-Fi was very unreliable. the hotel staff were unfriendly and not very helpful.
