Stunning Views and Exceptional Breakfast

During my recent stay at Le Meridien, I was blown away by the stunning views overlooking the picturesque Lake Gardens. The room was beautifully appointed and provided a serene escape from the bustling city. But the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional breakfast experience. The extensive buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the attentive staff, particularly Steven, made me feel truly special by remembering my drink preferences and even bringing over new breakfast items for me to try. The service throughout my stay was top-notch, and the cleaning staff went above and beyond, accommodating my schedule seamlessly. I highly recommend Le Meridien for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Our stay at Le Meridien was an incredible value for money. The room was comfortable and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever experienced. The location near the central station was ideal for our flights to and from KLIA/KLIA2. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, from the front liners during check-in to the pool staff and our amazing concierge, Jason. The personal touch they gave to our little girl was heartwarming. The hotel also provided sajadah and Kiblat direction for Muslim guests, which was greatly appreciated.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Conveniently located near the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes from different cuisines. The staff were helpful and attentive. I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We loved the convenient location in the heart of the city, with easy access to the MRT and LRT stations that are connected to the airport train. The breakfast was superb, and the staff were friendly and polite.

As friends who enjoy going out at night, we really appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. It is just three stops away from the city centre on the metro, which made it easy for us to explore the nightlife. The hotel also adjoins a shopping mall, providing us with plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints whatsoever.

From the moment we checked in, we felt like royalty at this exclusive hotel. the room was spacious and clean, with stunning city views from the bath. the breakfast was a grand feast, with a vast selection of dishes to choose from. the shared pool and gym with the neighbouring hotel were great perks.

The lobby and bar area were quite chilly, making it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy drinks. Despite asking the staff to adjust the temperature, it remained the same.

The room was modern, clean, and had a spacious king-size bed. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food to choose from. the hotel's pool area, connected to the neighboring Hilton, was also a nice amenity.

The usability of the room was a bit challenging. It was difficult to locate the thermostat, and the shower knob had no clear indication of how to get hot water.

Great value for money, with a well-stocked room and excellent amenities. The central location, right next to the train station, made it so convenient for exploring the city. The staff at Le Meridien were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Conveniently located near a central transportation hub with easy access to airport, popular attractions and business districts. Very accommodating staff willing to meet specific requests. Large and diverse breakfast buffet with made-to-order fresh juice. Adequate room size with well-functioning amenities and comfortable bed. Excellent gym and pool facilities with access to shared amenities with a sister hotel.

The breakfast had a decent variety of options and the room was nice and clean. the pool was a great place for children to enjoy. the location was convenient, being close to the train station. the staff were friendly and attentive, providing good hospitality.

The rooms are well-sized and recently updated, with spotless bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is amazing with daily changes, and the pool area is very relaxing. Additionally, the hotel provides executive lounge access and access to all facilities of the adjoining hotel.

The hallway could use more attention as it may have litter or bits of paper strewn around occasionally.
