The room was super fun, with a king-sized bed for me and a cool separate area for kids to play. the bunk bed and Lego toys were a hit!

The food was overpriced for me. But some guests might find it worth it.

Excellent management and exceptional service

The management team of the hotel was outstanding, providing super friendly and efficient service throughout our stay. the staff was helpful, the breakfast area was crowded but the service staffs were excellent, and the kids room with the treasure hunt game was fantastic. One downside was the issue with empty toiletries upon check-in and the lack of coordination for taxi services.

had a blast during my short break at the fun-filled legoland malaysia in iskandar puteri. from the welcoming reception to the themed room, everything was perfect for a family getaway. the kids loved every moment and the convenient access to the parks added to the joy.

swimming pool was closed

cleanliness is top-notch. Legoland malaysia is close to everything - making it super convenient. the breakfast coffee is the best! smooth check-in/out - free parking, and excellent security add to the great experience. the lifeguards at the swimming pool are a rare and fantastic service.

Spacious rooms, clean toilets, and comfortable beds are perfect for families. The hotel also offers fun activities for kids, such as a treasure hunt and free LEGO toys. Breakfast options are abundant and delicious. The themed decorations are perfect for a family-friendly getaway.

The hotel is well located, near the theme park and water park, as well as by the Bricks restaurant and a small mall filled with different restaurants. Additionally, it is near Aeon mall which was good for shopping if you do not want to travel to town. The breakfast offers a lot of variety for eastern and western food.

The hotel needs some updates and renovations in order to improve its look.

The breakfast had a great variety of food and the freshly baked croissants were delicious. the staff at the water park handled the rain and thunderstorm situation well.

The room service food had limited choices and there wasn't much for adults to enjoy, like a spa. the customer service had a slow response time and it was difficult to get answers before arriving.

The Legoland Malaysia Resort was amazing! My kids loved the Disco lifts and the breakfast buffet had lots of options. We also enjoyed the view of the park from our room. Although I wish there were more games for kids under 100cm in height, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
