For the price we paid, the value we got was exceptional. The room was fantastic with a beautiful sea view, and the location was convenient, close to the airport and shopping center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at Magellan Sutera Resort. The location was absolutely stunning with breathtaking sea views that I couldn't get enough of. The resort has several big pools which were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the potential I saw in the hotel to become a premium resort, and the price was already positioning it as such.

During my stay, I had a minor issue when I arrived during a power outage caused by the power company. However, the staff quickly resolved the situation by providing me with a torchlight.

The staff at MSR were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They even upgraded us to a suite when our room wasn't ready, exceeding expectations for longer term business travelers. The club area with complimentary drinks and snacks was a great perk, and the pools and weight rooms were top-notch.

Felt totally at home at MSR, with staff always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

It was all superb.

I recently visited a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities offering everything one could ask for during a luxury vacation. The spacious and clean rooms were well equipped with private facilities, making our stay even more comfortable. The friendly and attentive staff fulfilled all our needs, and the restaurant served delicious Halal food with great choice for special diets. The spa and wellness center provided a relaxing atmosphere with a variety of massage and beauty treatments to choose from.

There was one minor issue that I encountered during my stay which was the lack of beach access. Despite this, the swimming pool and outdoor area made up for it by offering spectacular views and sun loungers to relax.

We spent our Christmas here and the complimentary breakfast and view were fantastic. the hotel had a great location close to the beach and shopping center. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always there to assist us.

Our experience was marred by the hotel's policy of charging our credit card without our authorization, which we discovered later. This could cause problems for those with limited credit or budget.
