The front desk manager immediately addressed the issue I had with the cleanliness of my room and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. The staff also provided me with early check-in and the location of the hotel was conveniently close to the water garden. The room size was good and the view from my room was beautiful.

However, it was conveniently close to a waterpark and several shopping malls, providing entertainment options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good view of the city lights. The location was excellent, with a mall and lovely eateries within walking distance. The breakfast had a nice selection and the juice jars were amazing. I also had a great experience at the spa, which had good pricing. Special thanks to Ms. Goksan and Ms. Begum for being helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, with well-organized rooms and comfortable beds. The free WiFi worked well. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Kaan Ö., the concierge, for his helpfulness and constant presence with a smile. this was one of the best business stays I've had.

The buffet breakfast had a fantastic variety of fresh food, including a live kitchen where the chefs whip up fresh dishes right in front of you. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay during my business trip. The hotel's location was key, easily accessible by cab and within walking distance of a lovely Water Garden where I could enjoy a leisurely meal and some downtime between meetings.

While the hotel was a great choice for business travelers, it lacked a certain friendliness in the staff, who seemed to be there only to do their jobs. the heavy construction in the area detracted from the overall ambiance, making it less than ideal for those on a leisure trip.
