Historic mansion with charming atmosphere, 2 tea-room/libraries, and a small bar. Comfortable rooms with great bed, sofa, chair, and amazing bath. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Helpful staff offered free premium internet. Walking distance to main attractions and shops.

Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with colonial-style furniture and a comfortable bed. the spa and wellness centre offered a wide range of massage and treatment options, and the spa lounge with sun loungers was the perfect place to relax. the rooftop swimming pool provided an amazing view of the city and a great place to cool off from the hot day. the restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious food and drinks, and the private facilities added to the overall exclusivity of the hotel.

While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, we noticed that some of them seemed untrained and unprofessional, which was surprising for such a high-end venue.

We were pleasantly surprised with the warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival. The staff made us feel truly welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. The couple spa was incredibly refreshing and top-notch, and the dinner and breakfast offerings were delightful and well-spread. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of the river. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this Small Luxury Hotel of the World.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. the hotel's location was perfect for taking leisurely walks around the area and exploring the city's sights. the beautifully maintained building and spotlessly clean rooms made for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

the cost of laundry services was quite high compared to other prices in the region. Despite these inconveniences, we enjoyed the gym and pool facilities, though we wished they stayed open a bit later in the evening.
