Excellent staff, from caring security guards to friendly receptionists. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the location is convenient for exploring the area. Clean rooms and helpful staff make for a pleasant stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent - the prices were more than fair for what was provided. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the well-maintained rooms with twin beds and two TVs, to the adequate facilities available. The staff were friendly and provided efficient service, attending to all my requests with a professional and courteous attitude. Additionally, the location in a new area was a pleasant surprise, as it was conveniently close to various eating places.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

During my recent stay at Marvelux Hotel, I was delighted to find that the room was clean and spacious, providing plenty of space to move around. The balcony, which was much larger than expected, offered fantastic views and even allowed me to enjoy the local fireworks during the Chinese New Year. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was not crowded and conveniently near shops and restaurants.

One minor drawback was that although I had booked a Premium Superior room with a large double bed, I was downgraded to a super twin room with two single beds. Additionally, there was no fridge provided in my room, despite it being listed as one of the amenities.

The hotel location was very convenient, close to stores and restaurants. the room was very clean and tidy, and the towels were really soft. Plus, the breakfast served in the hotel was pretty decent.

The overall experience wasn't great. the check-in process was a total mess, and the staff at the reception seemed uninterested in assisting with any requests.

Awesome stay, comfortable room, friendly staff, strategic location, spacious balcony, wide desk.

Don't have any issues at all.
