The gym facilities are outdated and in need of maintenance.

Awesome staycation during new year celebration. We received complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival which was a nice touch! Perfect location near shopping centers, restaurants, and convenience stores. We loved the rooftop pool with its stunning view of the city.

The room had great amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was very attentive and helpful; they provided us with 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed their leisure facilities like the swimming pool and fitness centre.

We had a great stay at Mega Hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a big and comfortable bed. The amenities provided were excellent. We especially enjoyed the breakfast at Chatterbox Cafe, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The curvilinear layout swimming pool on the 11th floor offered a stunning view of the city skyline. Despite some minor noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, we were overall satisfied with our stay. We would recommend this hotel to others.

The cleaner service is amazing, food is great, and the lobby service is excellent. Easy access to nearby bank for money exchange and plenty of 24-hour food options and minimarts in the area. Walking distance to various dining choices.

The room was incredibly spacious, and I even got upgraded to a Superior Room, which was a pleasant surprise. The sea and city view from my room was stunning, and I enjoyed waking up to such a beautiful sight. Additionally, the staff at Mega Hotel provided excellent customer service, even going the extra mile to check on me when they noticed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. The free basement parking was also a great perk for those who are driving.

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about my stay at Mega Hotel. It was a wonderful experience overall.
