We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay special. They were always willing to help and provide us with any information or assistance we needed. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and the hotel's location in a local neighborhood was a nice change from the busy tourist areas. The rooftop terrace was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. We also took advantage of the cooking class offered by the hotel and had a great time.

The alleyways leading to the hotel were a bit dark and hard to navigate at night. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times.

They even organized a train ticket for me when the website was giving me trouble. The room itself was exactly as I had seen online - clean, tidy, and very welcoming. Loved the Moroccan decor and spacious room. Breakfast was delicious with fresh orange juice. the location was perfect, close to many attractions and public transportation.

There was some noise in the morning due to thin walls. AC was not working properly which made the room quite warm at night.
